Very normal and straightforward. Our minimum warranty guarantees you $2.00
US in savings for every $1.00 US spent for our formulas. Our warranties are
limited to full refund of the purchase price of our formulas. It will not apply
to any mechanically defective piece of equipment or component thereof, nor to
any piece of equipment or component thereof which is already mechanically ‘‘worn
out’’ and which should have been scraped or rebuilt prior to the application
of our formulas. Any rebuilt or reconditioned piece of equipment our formulas
are applied to must have been rebuilt using original equipment manufacturer
or comparable quality parts and must have been rebuilt using industry
accepted standards for rebuild. All equipment must be maintained according to
the original equipment manufacturer’s published recommendations as to lubricant/filter
change-outs, etc. More frequent change-out than what is recommended will not
alter our warranty. Abuse or neglect of any equipment shall automatically void
all warranties. Our formulas must be applied according to our instructions and
records must be maintained to that effect. Any warranty claim submitted to us
must be fully documented with prior maintenance records and used oil analysis
lab reports (both before and after our formulas were applied with
at least 4 lab tests in the after configuration each 2,500 miles or 4,000
km) performed by a reputable independent laboratory using the spectrographic
method of analysis of wear metals. Due to the wide range of fuel/energy costs
in the world, Parsec reserves the right to include fuel/energy savings in determining
warranty performance. Therefore, detailed before and after records must be maintained
regarding fuel/energy consumption and costs.
