Testing

HAVE OUR FORMULAS BEEN

ADEQUATELY TESTED?

Additional detail on the following is available upon request.

  • Engine oscilloscope test by Transportation Research Center, East Library, Ohio (an EPA certified lab). - Test clearly shows a 42% reduction in battery drain to start engine (hot or cold), increase in engine idle RPM of 4% and a significant reduction of engine temperature; all after applying our formulas.
  • This same lab conducted the EPA Title 40 emissions testing using federally required procedures with data clearly showing a 15.7% reduction in hydrocarbons, a 23.8% reduction in CO and a 7.5% reduction in NOx, all after applying our formulas.

  • Dynamometer test by Cummins Great Plains Diesel, Omaha, NE. - Using a Cummins NTC 350 diesel engine horsepower increased from 350 to 364 after application of our formulas.

  • In-house testing by major oil producer, offshore LA location. - Data reflects no repair or replacement of injectors or injector pumps for the past three years. Drastic reduction in the number of valve repair jobs. Used oil analysis (spectrographic) shows cleaner engines and reduced wear. Oil and filter life was extended. Lab analysis shows no algae or water present in fuel. Consistently using our formulas in all equipment since 1976.”

  • Chassis dynamometer test by Southern Petroleum Labs, Houston, TX. - Using a 280 SE Mercedes gas (petrol) engine, a 7% decrease in engine RPM in order to maintain the same inlet manifold pressure. Proof that horsepower increases in direct proportion to friction reduction within the engine.

  • Timken roller bearing test by Institute for Research Inc., Houston, TX. - “It is evident the addition of your moly formulas to the oil increased the lubricity of the oil thereby enabling a higher load and pressure without galling or seizing.” - Data reflects a 276% increases in lubricity of the oil by adding our formula.

An additional Timken test was performed by the same lab comparing the performance of a high grade of new (unused) Amoco oil without our formula to a used oil with our formula. Test data clearly shows the Amoco new (unused) oil seizing at 330 inch-lbs of force with weight loss (metal worn away) of 7 mg. compared to the used oil with our formula NOT seizing up to 400 inch-lbs (test terminated at that point) and with weight loss (metal worn away) of only 1.2 mg. Increased pressure tolerance and wear reduction of over 500% as compared to the new (unused) Amoco oil.

  • In-house testing by major oil producer in central TX. - After 35,000 hours of operation, diesel engine was dismantled and checked by micrometer for wear of rings, bearings, etc. Actual measurements after 35,000 hours of operation had not yet reached recommended replacement limits. Engine reassembled with all original parts including rings and placed back into service.

  • Oklahoma Testing Labs, Oklahoma City, OK. - Comparison made between 3 other sources of MoS2 with our formulas. Data reflects 96.9% of our modified MoS2 (of 0.3 micron particle size) passing through the finest grade of oil filters with only a maximum of 2.1% passing through on the other MoS2 compounds. More than adequate proof that our formulas will not be impeded by or clog any oil filter regardless of the filter micron rating.

  • In-house testing by major oil producer in south TX. - Compared 3 diesel engines wear rate not using our formulas with a 4th engine (same size and manufacturer) which was using our formulas. All engines using a high grade of major brand engine oil. Records clearly indicate an average of 14 times greater wear in the 3 engines not using our formulas than the 1 engine which was using our formulas.

  • Caterpillar 1G-2, Petter AV-1, Commer TS-3, and CRC L-49 performed by well known diesel engine manufacturer in midwest US. - Using the before and after method, BHP was increased an average of 7% over 50 hours run time and over full range of 900 to 1,400 RPM. Engines consumed an average of 43.7% less oil over the 480 hours in the IG-2, and also showed transverse cylinder wear decreased by up to 100% with ring gap increase reduced by 67% and ring side clearance also reduced by up to 50%. Peter AV-1 showed 32% to 41% reduction in ring wear, a 59% reduction in piston and liner wear along with a 13% decrease in engine deposits. CRC L-49 data indicates a 12.5% improvement in “cold starts”.

  • API Sequence III. - This test is mandatory for all API “SE” classified oils. Using a General Motors recommended oil, testing performed on a before and after basis. Results: 600% less oil thickening due to oxidation, 50% less rod bearing wear, 20% less varnish accumulation on pistons and rings and a 3.6% increases in horsepower.

  • Caterpillar 1G-2 test (diesel) on a before and after basis. Results - 50% reduction in oil consumption and a reduction in piston crown deposits from 100% down to practically nothing.

  • EPA Title 40 Fuel Economy FTP by General Motors Research Labs , Fuel and Lubricants Division, Warren, Michigan. Results - Average fuel economy increases from 3.1% to 7.4% using our formulas. These were the highest results of all 4 different friction modifiers tested.

  • API-MS Sequence 1 (modified). Results clearly reflect a 75% reduction in cam and tappet wear or failure with our formulas.

  • EPA 75 FTP fuel economy procedures done by Ford Motor Company, Detroit, MI. Data clearly indicates our formula accounts for highest fuel economy increases of 9.22% in the overall (average) metro-highway regime.

  • MS Sequence Tests IIB, IIIB, VB and IIIC; also Cat 1G-2 and CRC L-49. Data clearly reflects reduced sludge, varnish, wear and a 12% to 13% improvement in cold cranking.

  • SAE J-1082 Fuel Economy testing by The University of Michigan, Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Data clearly shows fuel economy increases from 8.2% suburban cycle to 9.6% highway cycle and 22.4% increase in the urban cycle. Test covered 18,000 miles on 7 vehicles with our formulas again shown to be both effective and superior.
