We have no desire to simply sell someone our products. Using techniques and
procedures we long ago adopted for the Aerospace and Defense industries, we
provide almost unlimited technical support on a 24 hour basis. For all customers
who purchase from us in excess of $500,000.00 US annually, we assign a Techrep
(technical representative) to be completely at the customer’s disposal 24 hours
a day. Whatever the needs (as long as they are directly related to equipment
management/maintenance) our Techrep is available. Where a customer’s purchases
are less than the above annual amount, we provide 24 hour technical support
and assistance via E-mail (parsec@hughes.net)
or by Fax (804-598-9556). The background of our Techreps can be Mechanical/Industrial
Engineering, Tribology, etc. And we supply complete
on-site training for all of your maintenance personnel at no cost.
