CUSTOMER SUPPORT?

We have no desire to simply sell someone our products. Using techniques and procedures we long ago adopted for the Aerospace and Defense industries, we provide almost unlimited technical support on a 24 hour basis. For all customers who purchase from us in excess of $500,000.00 US annually, we assign a Techrep (technical representative) to be completely at the customer’s disposal 24 hours a day. Whatever the needs (as long as they are directly related to equipment management/maintenance) our Techrep is available. Where a customer’s purchases are less than the above annual amount, we provide 24 hour technical support and assistance via E-mail (parsec@hughes.net) or by Fax (804-598-9556). The background of our Techreps can be Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Tribology, etc. And we supply complete on-site training for all of your maintenance personnel at no cost.
