POLICIES & PROCEDURES OF THE PARSEC GROUP

PRICING: Parsec has no fixed prices for our technology. All pricing is based on annual quantity of products purchased. Prices are quoted only after annual volume of fuel/oil consumed and/or annual average miles driver or hours operated, depending upon type of equipment, are given together with other operating information.

All prices are quoted FOB nearest plant or warehouse and shipped freight collect to customer. Shipments cannot and will not be made from warehouse inventory reserved for military use.

1 US gallon jug - 4 gallons to the case (this package soon to be available)
5 US gallon plastic buckets
55 US gallon steel drums
2,500 US gallon ISO tanks
7,500 US gallon transport tanker
Single 1 US gallon jugs may be purchased for trial only

CREDIT:

(Credit policies were established based upon experience during the Middle East oil embargo in the early to mid 1970's.) No exceptions can be made to these credit policies.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (All 49 STATES NOT INCLUDING ALASKA):

All orders of less than $10,000 USD must be paid for in full together with the customer's purchase order. All orders of $10,000 USD or above must have 65% of the value of the total order paid together with the customer's purchase order and with the balance due paid within 10 days after customer has received the order. Customer is reponsible for all taxes if/when applicable.

FOREIGN ORDERS OUTSIDE THE US 49 STATES:

Payment of 65% of the value of the total order must be paid at time of order with the balance due secured by an irrevocable and comfirmed letter of credit drawn on a US Bank of Parsec's choosing. The cost of Insurance, inland freight from Parsec's nearest shipping point to the port of debarkation and ocean freight must be born (paid) by the customer. Customer is responsible for all taxes, import duty, etc. if/when applicable which may be levied by his country.

All orders shipped to Canada and Alaska will be handled by Parsec's Canadian affiliates and in accordance with the same terms of credit and shipping.

NOTE: Parsec assumes no responsibility or liability for shipments made which are damaged or not received due to war civil insurrection or acts of God.
