We are a full line manufacturer of some 5 standard formulas in addition to a wide range of special formulations to meet specific or unusual needs of our customers. All of our formulas (except for Spica Blue) contain a near perfect colloidal suspension of the solid lubricant Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2) in a 0.3 micron particle size accomplished by our unique “remicronization” process. In addition to this proprietary or classified and modified form of MoS2, our formulas contain our own pure petroleum subsurface lubricating compound. This latter compound is also highly classified; created through our own research in surfactant chemistry and our ability to “crack” and rearrange conventional petroleum molecules by special methods. Our ability to do this causes the end compound to perform in the manner we desire and to this day, it is the only deliberately designed subsurface lubricant known to science.
Our formulas can take one of two forms depending upon the application. We
can preblend our formulas with a base oil of the customer’s choosing or we can
supply our formulas in concentrate form assisting the customer in blending on-site
at his location if the application requires it. Depending upon the size of the
customer account, we will supply, at no additional cost, equipment designed
by our engineers which will be used to perform on-site blending. After one year
of purchases by the customer, the ownership of the equipment passes to that
customer. Preblending in our plant does increase our cost, due mainly to freight
charges and handling, and this cost must be passed on to the customer. By far,
the most economical form is by concentrate or additive with blending done on
the customer’s site. We do emphatically ask that we NOT be classified as a manufacturer
of “snake oil”. Considering our background and expertise we cannot help but
feel insulted by such a name. As to the origin of derogatory comments, names,
opinions, etc. of concentrates or additives, we invite you to the REAL
