Conditions to Training CONDITIONS TO TRAINING

A - Training is provided for customer at no cost other than possible costs outlined below.

B - Item 10 of this training is restricted to governments of recognized sovereign countries and to their Military Forces only.

C - Customer must provide location, at his cost, for training and allow sufficient time for his personnel to attend.

D - In cases where training is provided in a non-English speaking country, customer must provide a competent interpreter, at his cost, for all classes.

E - In any case where the location of the training is deemed by Parsec to be a danger to the safety and well being of our personnel, Parsec reserves the right to designate a neutral country or other location as the training site. In such a case, customer must still bear the cost of the location and any travel cost associated with his personnel attending.
